How do I get therapy at home for myself or a loved one?
Call us at 857-345-9589. Most of our therapy is arranged through partner home-care agencies, and we’ll help connect you with the right next step.

Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language therapy — in the home and in adult day health programs.

What does a home visit look like?
A licensed therapist comes to the home, evaluates how the person moves and manages daily activities, and builds a care plan around their goals, coordinating with their doctor and agency.

How do we request therapy coverage?
If your agency has an active agreement with us, use the Request Therapy Coverage page and our scheduling team will follow up.
We're not contracted with Keka yet. How do we start?
Call 978-390-6996 to discuss getting set up under agreement before submitting a coverage request.
