Requirements
- Active PT / PTA / OT / COTA license in Massachusetts
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Greater Boston
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Position Details
- Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem
- Pay: $45.00 – $85.58 per hour
- Work Location: Hybrid remote (based in Hyde Park, MA 02136)
- Travel: 50% (preferred)
